Bordeaux was a bit of a rollercoaster 🎢 Day two felt great - the horses were sharp, fast, and accurate and it finally felt like the fast team I know. First round was quick and clear. The drive-off started well, but I had some bad luck early on when a wheeler caught a ball in the first obstacle. From there I pushed hard, chasing the win, came in a little too hot to the second obstacle and clipped another element… game over. That’s indoor driving — full speed, full risk, and nothing between you and the clock. Tight competition right to the end between Dries, Bram, and myself. The good news? The horses are back on form, so I’m happy with 3rd place and ready to fight another day. It’s great for the sport to see the top three battling it out like this. Congratulations to Dries, who’s been driving consistently all World Cup season.
Thankyou to my sponsors for their continued support. Thankyou to my team of people on the ground both at the shows and home in the yard.

All Boyd wanted was to be around horses 🐴 Even when it was not what he imagined, that love never changed.
